MCA Players beyond MCA, continued

MCA players and coaches have thrived beyond MCA and Motown this year. An earlier post recorded the successes of three players appearing for sister club Michigan Premier C.C. in a T20 match last weekend, while Motown-MCA Vice-captain Anurag Yerabati’s first fifty of the year, scored in a Great Lakes Cricket Conference match, has also been noted. To these successes two other fifties should be added. On 7 June, MCA Joint Head Coach Shyam Mayasandra scored a blistering 62 for M.P. C. C. in another T20 fixture, while Anurag’s excellent form continued last weekend with Wayne State C. C., also in the MichCA T20 competition. Anurag turned in a stellar performance for the students, hitting a fifty and taking two wickets in three overs.

Please make sure that the Information Director is told of any success for MCA players beyond the Academy, so that details can be posted to the MCA web site.
